- How do I place an order?
Answer: Simply summon a genie, make your wish for the desired stuff, and hope your three-item limit doesn’t limit your style. If that doesn’t work, please visit our website, add items to your cart, and checkout – we promise, it’s better than a genie!
- What payment method do you accept?
Answer: We accept payments in the form of unicorn tears, pirate treasure, and ancient Roman coins. But if you’re feeling a bit more modern, credit & debit cards (Applepay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Stripe) work just fine too! We do not currently accept cash, check or EBT.
- What is your delivery schedule?
Answer: Fear not, we’ll get your order to your recipient faster than you can say ‘tracking number.’ Or maybe just as fast, depending on your pronunciation skills! On a more serious note, delivery days are Wednesdays & Saturdays, between 10am to 6pm (WAT).
- Do you deliver to other states in Nigeria?
Answer: Ah, the age-old question! We would love to deliver to other states in Nigeria, but our delivery vans are currently on a strict diet of local roads. So for now, we’re limited to spreading joy within our immediate neighborhood, which is Eko (Lagos) and its immediate environs. But who knows, maybe one day we’ll have delivery drones that can reach the other corners of the country!
- Is there a minimum order requirement?
Answer: Absolutely, we do have a minimum order requirement of $50. We call it the ‘You Must Spend This Much to Unlock Deliciousness‘ threshold. It’s like a secret culinary initiation but with more pizza and fewer secret handshakes.
- How much is the delivery fee?
Answer: It depends on the location you want the item delivered to, so just think of it as your order’s secret agent, blending in perfectly to ensure a smooth delivery experience. To unveil this mystery, simply enter your location at checkout, and voila! The exact fee will reveal itself. However it starts from $2 with a $6 cap. The starting points are our locations in Lagos.
- Can I schedule the delivery for a specific date and time?
Answer: Of course! We offer a time-traveling delivery service. Just let us know when and where you’d like your order, and we’ll make sure it arrives precisely when you want it… as soon as we figure out that whole time-travel thing. In the meantime, our regular scheduling options work pretty well.
PS: Delivery days and time ranges between Wednesdays & Saturdays, between 10am to 6pm (WAT). Recipients will receive it within those hours. Kindly remember to include the recipient’s phone number. We will continue to expand on delivery days and we understand that allowances should be made extenuating circumstances like birthdays , bulk orders for an event or express orders. For our existing registered customers, please reach out to us and we will discuss options.
- What is your return and refund policy?

Answer: We are working round the clock to ensure you get quality. You deserve the best and that’s what you’d get. If at any point, your recipient isn’t pleased with their orders, please see our “Refund Policy” for detailed information.
- Can I update my order after it has been placed?
Answer: We love to hear it! Your order will be processed within 5-10 hours after receipt. You can update your cart before timeout.

Answer: Rest assured, we guard your personal and payment details like a dragon guards its treasure. Our security is so tight that even Sherlock Holmes would struggle to crack it. Your info is safer with us than a squirrel’s acorn stash in winter!
- What do I do If I forget my password and username?
Answer: Ah, the classic case of lost keys! If you’ve forgotten your password and username, don’t worry, we won’t send a password detective to your door. Just click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the steps. As for your username, try looking in the mirror – sometimes, you’re your own best username!
